Return & Refund Policy
At AeroStore, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns for Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging where possible
- Complete with all accessories, tags, manuals, and included parts
- Not damaged, altered, washed, installed, or used

Returns sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, and fraud-prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Clearance, final sale, or heavily discounted items, where marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items returned after the return period has passed
This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@aerostore.online within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
- Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and your legal rights.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct an appropriate amount if the item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition.
6. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges, as stock availability may change.
If you need a different item, size, colour, or model, the fastest option is to place a new order and return the original item if it meets our return conditions.
7. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:
We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the normal returns process after receiving it.
8. Refused Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept delivery, we may deduct original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any handling costs from your refund where permitted by law.
9. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may have additional rights regardless of our standard return conditions.
